We are delighted to have Nell on board at the wellness hub, who has been providing reflexology for over 5 years. Reflexology is a non-invasive touch therapy that is believed to help the body restore its natural balance and promote self-healing. It can help take the body out of 'Fight or Flight' mode, reducing mental and physical stress and tension. Nell takes an intuitive approach to her reflexology, tailoring each treatment to suit the individual. Clients will float out of their treatment ready for whatever the day may throw at them. Nell is a member of The Association of Reflexologists and is fully insured. She will be offering treatments at the wellness hub on Fridays.
